1. Teams of max. 3 participants.
2. This is an open TECHNICAL paper presentation. There is no restriction on the selection of topics as long as they belong to the following broad categories:
   Information Technology
   Computer Science
   Electronics and Telecommunication
3. The paper must strictly abide by the standard format of writing Technical paper.
   PAPER SIZE = A4
   FONT NAME = Times New Roman or Arial
   FONT SIZE = 12
   FORMAT OF THE PAPER
   • Abstract
   • Table of Contents
   • Introduction
   • Bibliography
   • Main Body
   • Summary
   • References
   • Citations.
   Abstract <=300 Words

Note :The Titles may be in any Font or Font Size as you may please. You can also refer the book : How to Write and Publish a Scientific Paper (4th Edition) - by Robert A. Day

4. The entire paper must not be more than 20 pages long excluding the abstract.
5. The presentation could be either done using power point or hand made slides.
6. The presentation must be maximum 12 minutes followed by a 3-5 minute long question & answer session.
7. There will be cash prizes for Best team, First runners up and Second runners up.

8. The decision of the judges will be final and binding on all participants.
   

Submission : (At the Chapter Office)

• 2 Hard Copies of the entire paper.
• 1 Soft copy (On Floppy Disk)
• 1 Loose copy of the abstract
• 1 Loose copy of the group members' names, their e-mail IDs, college names and branches, phone numbers.
• This copy should explicitly mention the Registration Code obtained by the team which they will get when they register online before sending their entries.

Note : Students outside Mumbai, who want to participate, can apply by posting their papers at the chapter office.Those posting their papers need not send a soft copy in a floppy but need to send a soft copy via e-mail to prastuti@ideas04.org.
Preferable in MS WORD format. If compression is used, prefer WINZIP format.
