| Most of today's technologies and inventions are born from new ideas. Each thought needs to be nurtured towards a new idea. As we look around the upcoming breakthroughs of the future, we seek to think out new ideas so as to improve the work-life and society as a whole. This creates an entire new scenario which allows generations ahead to stand on these ideas and build up a new civilization. Beyond just mere thinking, we need to go one step forward, and develop ideas into more rational thought and so as to make them more sustainable and future-proof. These need to be concrete solutions to the gigantic problems that exist in the world today, so as to be actually problem solvers and just not a passing thought.
iDeas 04, the CSI Mumbai Students Convention, is such an endeavor to encourage the intellects to put forth their ideas and their thoughts, and contribute towards a new future. Through seminars, contests and workshops, iDeas 04 is a platform for the young leaders of tomorrow to be seen and be heard, and an opportunity for the industry to provide them with the needed podium. It is a confluence of the experiences of the past, and the fresh horizons of the future.
